Email is the best way to contact us. Send enquiries to stay@manorfarmcampsite.co.uk. We aim to respond within 24 hours, if not sooner.
We’re only a small family team so we need to prioritise checking people in and replying to emails above answering the phone, which often takes much longer! Feel free to leave an answerphone message though, stating your name, number and enquiry and we will reply as soon as we can.
Enter your dates, etc into the online form on our Check availability and book page. The results this gives are ‘live’ so any pitches that are available for your chosen dates will be shown, or nearby dates will be shown if we can’t quite match what you’re after.
Yes, you can, but only for our numbered electric hook up pitches. Our non electric pitches are not pre-allocated, so you get to choose a spot on arrival.
Just use the ‘Any Special Requirements’ box in the ‘Your Details’ section to make your request as you complete the booking.
Also, if you have any special requirements, such as being close to the facilities, we will do our best to accommodate these as well.
If we can’t meet your pitch request we will get in touch to discuss what other options there may be. Otherwise, consider it done!
Yes, you can. We accommodate group bookings of up to 4 pitches together. See under ‘Groups’ on our Things you need to know page for more details.
If you’d all like electric hook ups then we will do our best to get you on adjacent pitches. If you don’t need electric then you will be able to choose a spot together on arrival.
There are limited opportunities for a mixture of electric and non-electric pitches to be together. If you want to pitch together we recommend that everyone in the group books the same type of pitch.
Remember, we can only allocate adjacent electric pitches if we know you’re in a group! You MUST state the surnames of other families in your group when you complete your bookings.
Each pitch requires a separate booking. If you are booking multiple pitches on behalf of friends/family please complete a booking for each.

An automated payment reminder email will be sent to you around 10 days before your arrival date giving you the details of how to pay.
There are two ways to pay: either online using a credit/debit card or by bank transfer.
If you would like to pay earlier than 10 days prior, please send us an email to stay@manorfarmcampsite.co.uk and we will send you the necessary details.
